Associate QA

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate QA to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control systems.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all quality control activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with client-based organizations is preferred.
