Associate QA

• Ensure the quality of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products meets established standards.

• 
  Conduct PPAP studies for new components, Engineering Changes (ECNs), and improvement projects to ensure design specifications and industry standards are met.

• 
  Identify Root cause of internal rework, rejections, and field complaints using quality tools.

• 
  Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and monitor the effectiveness of solutions.

• 
  Perform regular audits and lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce defects, and meet quality standards.

• 
  Ensure all quality activities align with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Requirements

Qualification:

• 
  Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) – Mechanical

Experience:

• 
  5 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

Skills:

• 
  Proficient in SAP Quality Management (QM) module

• 
  Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.

• 
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
