Associate Psychologist as Learning Support Assistant

Your role will be high-impact and hands-on, working closely with therapists and educators to help children participate meaningfully in their academic and social worlds. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist children in classrooms or home setups as a 1:1 support - Implement and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) - Coordinate with school staff, therapists, and parents - Support behavior and emotional regulation strategies - Be the child's learning companion academically, socially, and emotionally **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Masters in Psychology, Special Education, or Social Work - Freshers welcome (0-2 years) - Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate - Exposure to Autism/ADHD is a bonus - RCI certification or NIOS familiarity is a plus If you join Insighte, you will start with a salary of 3 LPA which can grow up to 5 LPA post-training and homecare eligibility.
