Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Project Managers, Product Owners, and Cross-functional Engineering teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently.

You will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables using modern project management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), and ensuring smooth project communication across stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Process Management

• Facilitate and support key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Assist in defining sprint goals, managing sprint backlogs, and ensuring team alignment with project deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks, track dependencies, and proactively clear impediments for the team.

Project Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Product Managers to define project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor project milestones and keep deliverables on schedule across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA).
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk logs, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for daily team queries and cross-functional coordination.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, project management, or Scrum Master roles, in a software delivery or technology environment.
• Agile Expertise: Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Tool Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of project management tools—specifically Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms—for managing backlogs, sprint planning, query creation, and metric dashboards.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate progress, risks, and blockers to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude toward resolving team impediments and mitigating project risks.
• Organization: Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Formal Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PSM I.
• Experience with additional collaboration tools (Miro, Notion, Trello, Asana).
• Basic understanding of cloud solutions or software development processes.

Pay: ₹418,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
