Associate Project Manager

• Coordinate small to mid-sized projects, monitoring scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, actions, and key milestones in line with the SoftwareOne Delivery Methodology.
• Maintain project information in SwoDP/ServiceNow, including working hours, budgets, plans, costs, project documentation, and other required administrative activities.
• Coordinate project meetings and calls, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on actions, and ensure project plans and reports remain current.
• Act as a point of coordination for assigned projects, providing clear and timely project status updates to customers, project teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support delivery excellence through accurate reporting, data-quality checks, process compliance, continuous improvement, and active participation in relevant training and development.

• Experience coordinating or supporting technology projects, ideally across Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud, or related technology services.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals across scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, actions, and project documentation.
• Experience using project management or service delivery platforms, with exposure to ServiceNow or similar tools beneficial.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on actions, and meet agreed timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively with customers, project teams, and stakeholders.
