Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters in Psychology with UGC NET or Ph.D. in Psychology with minimum 3 years of academic experience, well networked with industry & academia
• Previous leadership roles in academic or professional settings
• Ability to secure and manage research funding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global academic and industry partners
