Good Analytical skills to understand the requirements and come up with solutions for the same.
Experience of 4+ years as a Product Manager / Business analyst, in Banking or payments spacePrevious experience working in a start-up environment of building products from scratch is highly preferable.Previous experience in Scrum/ Agile methodology is highly preferable.Basic understanding of technology to be able to work with the engineering teams.Understanding of business and ability to assess short term and long-term impact of features to prioritize feature requests.Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects at the same time with aggressive deadlines.Be up to date with the latest advancements in the fintech/start-up space to implement the best possible product features.
