Associate Product Manager (US Healthcare)

As an Associate Product Manager at Jindal Healthcare, you will play a key role in enhancing the profitability and efficiency of healthcare practices through our flagship product, HealthX. Leveraging your strong background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and technology-driven product execution, you will take end-to-end ownership, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and drive measurable impact through data, collaboration, and structured execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Process Definition Documents (PDDs) with clear process flows and use cases. - Ensure timely execution, managing dependencies, quality standards, and delivery milestones. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. - Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication. - Track and analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. - Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster accountability and collaboration. - Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release management aligned with business objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Total 10+ years of experience in Product / APM with a minimum of 2-3 years in RCM or healthcare technology. - Proven experience in creating and managing BRDs, PDDs, PRDs, and detailed process documentation. - Sound understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards. - Exposure to API integrations, automation, or workflow optimization projects. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. In addition, you will benefit from exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, RCM platforms, automation, analytics tools, AI, data analytics, or process automation in healthcare operations. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Management or a related field would be a plus.
