Associate Producer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing the vision set by Video Producers by translating it into daily tasks for editors and sound engineers. Additionally, you will manage the workflow by overseeing operations related to editing and sound, ensuring that the outputs meet creative and technical benchmarks. Coordination of teams, meeting deadlines, and enforcing standards set by the Producers will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Vision: Translate the Video Producers plan into daily tasks for editors & sound engineers - Manage Workflow: Oversee operations across editing & sound - Assure Quality: Review outputs to meet creative and technical benchmarks - Coordinate Teams: Ensure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders - Meet Deadlines: Track schedules, flag risks, and push timely delivery - Enforce Standards: Apply workflows, file systems, and naming conventions set by the Producers Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in post-production for video, film, or digital content - Hands-on expertise in editing & sound design using software such as Premiere, Resolve, Pro Tools, or equivalents - Experience in leading small teams or supervising post-production pipelines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for technical and creative quality - Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments About the Company: Dashverse is a Series A company on a mission to become the world's go-to destination for compelling, short-form narrative content.
