Elvessy is a creative production house dedicated to delivering high-quality content across various media platforms. Specializing in producing commercials and digital content that captivate audiences and drive engagement, the team thrives on creativity, storytelling, and excellence in production. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for production, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced creative environment. As an Associate Producer, you will play a key role in supporting projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of high-quality content. Your responsibilities will include production coordination, such as assisting in planning, scheduling, and managing production timelines, overseeing logistics, including location scouting, permits, and crew coordination, and ensuring all production elements are in place for smooth on-set operations. Additionally, you will be involved in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and cost management, handling contracts, invoices, and financial documentation related to productions. You will also provide creative and editorial support by working closely with directors, writers, and editors to maintain the creative vision, researching and developing new content ideas, and supporting in script breakdowns, shot lists, and other pre-production tasks. As an Associate Producer, you will act as a bridge between production teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders. You will manage production documentation, ensuring all assets are well-organized, and oversee project timelines in post-production, ensuring deadlines are met, reviewing edits, managing feedback, and delivering final content. Collaboration with editors and designers to maintain brand and creative consistency will also be a part of your responsibilities. Qualifications for this role include prior experience in production, project coordination, or a related role in media, strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in office and project management tools, a deep understanding of creative production workflows and industry best practices, the ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines, and a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
