Associate, Process Engineering (Plant Maintenance)

You will be responsible for maintenance and breakdown activities related to plant equipment in Parenteral plants. This includes maintaining HMI/IPC/PLC/SCADA backup of all equipment, performing PLC validation, and carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per schedule and SOP. You will need to generate tools and parts requirements for daily breakdowns, report critical breakdowns to your superior, and maintain critical spares inventory. Additionally, you will update electronic records, assist in troubleshooting plant machinery, and ensure compliance with cGMP and GEP standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance and breakdown activities for plant equipment - Maintain HMI/IPC/PLC/SCADA backup - Validate PLC for Parenteral plants - Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule and SOP - Generate tools and parts requirements - Report critical breakdowns - Procure and maintain critical spares inventory - Update electronic records - Assist in troubleshooting plant machinery - Maintain cGMP documents related to maintenance - Carry out work as per cGMP and GEP standards - Handle project work - Ensure routine engineering activities for parenteral facilities - Ensure document system compliance Qualifications: - Education: ITI/Diploma - Total Experience: 5-8 years in engineering plant maintenance role for sterile manufacturing plant Please note that candidates applying for internal jobs must have completed at least 2 years within their existing role.,
