Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Presales Associate to join our team. The Presales Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting Market & Competitor research, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and working closely with the Marketing & Product/Engineering teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities Basic understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud solutions Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, including excellent presentation and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Create proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and Bill of Materials (BoM). Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Deliver compelling and customized product demos to prospects and customers. Communicate with incoming leads and understand their needs and requirements. Identify potential customers and engage them to ensure conversions by sales teams. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide solutions. Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationships. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Presales MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines Knowledge of market trends and analysis Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed
