We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Presales Associate to join our team. The Presales Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting Market & Competitor research, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and working closely with the Marketing & Product/Engineering teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud solutions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, including excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Create proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and Bill of Materials (BoM).
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Deliver compelling and customized product demos to prospects and customers.
• Communicate with incoming leads and understand their needs and requirements.
• Identify potential customers and engage them to ensure conversions by sales teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide solutions.
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Presales
• MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of market trends and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed
