As an Associate PPC at Xylem Learning, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital platforms. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and technical expertise will be pivotal in achieving measurable ROI and aligning campaigns with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, execute, and optimize innovative digital campaigns while ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize PPC initiatives and provide actionable insights on campaign performance. - Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs for effective tracking and reporting purposes. - Manage and optimize media buys on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and App Marketing. - Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, ad grouping, and audience targeting. - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging paid marketing technologies. - Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and recommend efficiency improvements to maximize ROI. - Prepare precise campaign performance reports using data-driven insights. - Cultivate and expand partnerships with PPC platforms, vendors, and digital partners. - Innovate and adapt to evolving paid marketing trends in line with Xylem's digital approach. **Candidate Profile:** - Proven experience in PPC management or a similar role with a focus on data analysis and reporting. - Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing concepts with hands-on experience on various ad platforms. - Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and WebTrends. - Strong technical knowledge of HTML, XML, and advanced skills in MS Excel and reporting tools. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities along with analytical and problem-solving skills. **Academic Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related fields (BSc/BA, BBA, Masters preferred). - Mandatory Google AdWords certification and other relevant digital marketing certifications.
