Job Description

As an Associate PPC at Xylem Learning, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital platforms. Your analytical thinking, creativity, and technical expertise will be instrumental in delivering measurable ROI and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, execute, and optimize innovative digital campaigns from conception to launch. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations on campaign performance to stakeholders. - Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs for effective tracking and reporting. - Build, manage, and optimize media buys across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, App Marketing, etc.). - Oversee daily execution and optimization of multiple PPC campaigns. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, ad grouping, and audience targeting. - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging paid marketing technologies. - Manage keyword selection, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. - Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and recommend improvements for efficiency. - Prepare accurate, data-driven campaign performance reports for management. - Maintain and grow partnerships with PPC platforms, vendors, and digital partners. - Continuously innovate and adapt to evolving paid marketing trends in alignment with Xylem's digital approach. **Candidate Profile:** - Proven experience as a PPC Manager, Paid Marketing Specialist, or similar role. - Strong data analysis and reporting expertise. - Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts. - Hands-on experience with multiple ad platforms (Google Ads, App Marketing, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). - Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.). - Strong technical knowledge of HTML and XML. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities. **Academic Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field (BSc/BA, BBA, Masters preferred). - Google AdWords certification and other relevant digital marketing certifications mandatory.,
