As a Paid Marketing Specialist at University Living, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive maximum ROI and lead quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Manage Paid Campaigns:** Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. - **Performance Monitoring:** Track the performance of campaigns daily using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite. Adjust strategies based on insights to ensure optimal results. - **Ad Copy & A/B Testing:** Create compelling ad copies, conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates continuously. - **Keyword & Audience Targeting:** Conduct keyword research and manage targeting strategies to effectively reach the right audience across multiple platforms. - **Basic SEO Integration:** Apply basic knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO to align paid strategies with organic efforts, thereby enhancing overall digital performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Search Ads, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Mobile App marketing.
