Associate or Assistant Professor of Computer Science

You will be joining Creanovation Technologies Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Professor/ Technical Trainer in the Department of Computer Science based in Hisar, Haryana. The company is a pioneer in the Higher Education Student Admission domain with a strong presence across multiple locations in India. Your role will involve conducting expert technical lectures and hands-on sessions at NextGen campuses, supporting in syllabus design and content development, managing the Learning Management System (LMS) content, collaborating on intervention planning and outcome improvement, participating in faculty training sessions, and staying updated with new-age technologies. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in academics/training, possessing strong hands-on skills. Immediate joining is required. You will need to demonstrate a strong command over at least two of the following areas: AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, LLMs, or Full Stack Development. Proficiency in tools like Python, Git, Linux, Jupyter, AWS/GCP, and version-controlled content is essential. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and prior experience with LMS platforms will be advantageous. Passion for teaching and mentoring students in next-gen technologies is a key attribute. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. You must be willing to commute/relocate to Hisar, Haryana before starting work. The company requires you to have 2 years of experience in training & development, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
