Job Description

As an Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be an entry-level subject matter expert working closely with the TS Systems Integration team. Your role involves learning the necessary skills to action configurations, installations, and attending to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle. You will gradually work towards achieving associate-level certification while developing business acumen to contribute effectively to the team. Your responsibilities will include owning portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management, collaborating with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements, actioning less complex configurations and installations, and attending to less complex break/fix events. Additionally, you will provide support and collaborate with senior support engineers as required. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of technical design principles, a grasp of fundamental project and administration processes, a strong learning orientation, good verbal communication skills, a client service orientation, proactive hands-on approach, readiness to work overtime when necessary, and some exposure to deployments for less complex tasks. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing, along with associate-level certification in various Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, among others. Additionally, you should have some work experience in technical implementation engineering related to Networking technologies, familiarity with routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers, and experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting. This position offers a Hybrid Working environment, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office based on the company's policies.
