Job Description

As an Associate Manager Learning and Development - Lead at Happiest Minds, your role will involve partnering with global business and learning teams to analyze learning needs focused on English fluency, voice modulation, accent neutralization, and behavioral skills aligned with client and business requirements. You will design, develop, and facilitate culturally aware training programs tailored for IT professionals across different regions, with a focus on voice, accent, and behavioral competencies. Your responsibility will also include leading content creation and continual enhancement for learning modules blending various learning methodologies to effectively address global client needs. Additionally, you will serve as the internal expert on English language and behavioral skills training, collaborating with key stakeholders and mentoring internal trainers. Managing branding and communications for L&D initiatives targeting diverse global teams and leadership will be part of your role. You will measure and report on training program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and global teams to ensure smooth program delivery in a hybrid work model will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree or MBA in relevant fields, a minimum of 10 years of Learning & Development experience with a focus on English language training, voice & accent coaching, and behavioral skills. Certification in facilitation, voice and accent coaching, or related areas is necessary. Strong content development skills for language and behavioral programs, excellent command of English (written and spoken), experience working with global teams and adapting training programs for multicultural audiences, familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training operations, data analysis, learning methodologies, and dashboards are preferred qualifications.
