Job Description

As an experienced professional in Landscape Design, your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities including: - Analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical/geologic data to plan projects. - Conducting studies of traffic patterns and environmental conditions to identify engineering problems. - Assessing the potential impact of projects and providing technical advice on design, construction, or program modifications. - Directing or participating in surveying activities to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations for project execution. - Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors for Project Design coordination & completion within the specified timeline, budget, and compliance requisites. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders and preparing presentations for Management approvals. - Reviewing and suggesting changes in design for optimal space utilization and profitability. - Ensuring timely closure of Design stages in alignment with project requirements. - Maintaining documentation records throughout the project lifecycle. - Determining project feasibility based on client needs and available resources. - Troubleshooting and resolving code and design issues. - Creating landscape designs based on Leadership input and feedback. - Executing contracts and adjusting designs to meet changing stakeholder needs. - Drafting designs that reflect green building values and align with clients" desires for smaller carbon footprints. - Adhering to industry standards in design and communication with contractors for implementation. - Managing Landscape production staff and reviewing/updating existing processes and procedures. - Collaborating with third-party service providers such as property managers, leasing agents, and appraisers. - Supporting other Real Estate functions including ownership and tenant transactions, internal reporting, acquisition/disposition due diligence, and financial record-keeping. Your qualifications for this role include: - Full-time B.Arch or Equivalent Degree in Landscape Design. - 10-13 years of experience in Architecture Planning of mega townships, high-end residential projects, interiors, and site co-ordination. - Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop. With your strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities, you will play a key role in the successful completion of landscape design projects.,
