Associate Manager - IP billing & Insurance (RCM)

As an Associate Manager - IP billing & Insurance (RCM) at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Verify Patient Insurance Coverage: You will be responsible for confirming inpatient benefits, eligibility, and coverage details with insurance providers prior to or during patient admission. - Obtain Pre-authorizations & Pre-certifications. - Generate and Submit Claims: Your duties will include preparing and submitting accurate claims using UB-04 forms, ensuring proper coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and charge entry for inpatient services. - Manage Claim Denials and Appeals. - Coordinate with Clinical and Administrative Teams: You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submission. - Track and Follow Up on Outstanding Claims. - Ensure Compliance and Maintain Documentation. Qualifications Required: - Preferred B-com or Any Graduate.
