Associate Lead UI

Role Overview: You will be a Lead UI Designer at Lollypop, where your primary focus will be on creating user interface applications with a pixel-perfect look, feel, and designs. Your responsibilities will include designing mockups, developing responsive websites/applications, mentoring designers on the latest design trends, and ensuring high-quality deliverables on time. Your keen eye for design principles and strong UI skills will be crucial in translating high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Develop responsive websites/applications with quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes. - Mentor designers on the latest design trends and review their work for quality. - Foster collaboration and motivation within the team to ensure ownership and accountability for deliverables. - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript skills to create visually appealing designs with attention to detail. - Apply solid knowledge of design theory, including principles of logo, graphic/UI design, and usability. - Contribute to client relationships as needed and meet project expectations consistently. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in UI design, with at least 1 year in team handling and mentoring. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members. - Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. - A keen aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail in crafting visually appealing designs. - Ability to work independently, motivate team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables on time.,
