Associate Lead - Tech L&D

Job Title: Associate Lead Tech L&D Skillsets: Linux, Database, cloud & Scripting Languages Position Overview: We are seeking an Associate Lead for our Technical Training team with expertise in Linux, Database, cloud & Scripting Languages. This role involves developing and delivering both in-person and online training programs to enhance the technical skills of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: - Design comprehensive training curricula and materials - Develop training content suitable for various learning formats, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs. Training Delivery: - Conduct engaging in-person and online training sessions for diverse audiences. - Utilize interactive teaching methods to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention. - Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to enhance practical understanding. Participant Support and Evaluation: - Offer support to trainees by addressing questions and providing additional resources as needed. - Assess participant progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback and performance metrics. Collaboration and Reporting: - Work closely with the training team to align programs with organizational goals. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. - Prepare reports on training outcomes and suggest improvements for future sessions. Qualifications: - Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of training experience in Linux, DB, cloud and Scripting Languages. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or similar. - Previous experience in technical training or teaching is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
