Associate Lawyer

We are looking for a litigation professional with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in civil, criminal and arbitration matters. The role requires the ability to independently manage proceedings, draft across practice areas, and represent clients before various forums. Candidates must demonstrate courtroom confidence, sound legal judgment, and a strong command of procedural law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appear before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
• Visit police stations and interact with law enforcement authorities.
• Handle end-to-end litigation including civil disputes, criminal matters, and arbitration proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, complaints, petitions, affidavits, notices, applications, and arbitration claims/responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies, notes, and legal opinions.
• Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and regulatory or enforcement authorities.
• Manage hearings, filings, procedural compliance, and overall case progress.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-building.

Required Skill Set:

• LLB from a recognised university; enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience post-qualification.
• Prior exposure across all three areas: civil, criminal, and arbitration.
• Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Very well-versed with speaking and reading Marathi.
• Ability to manage cases independently and take ownership.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to client service and courtroom conduct.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
