Job Description

As a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst at our company, your role involves hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations. You should possess strong solution design capabilities, excellent client-facing communication skills, and be familiar with working in global delivery models. Your responsibilities will include requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, and coordination with offshore development teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum 5 years of total IT experience with at least 4 years in Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud & CPQ). - Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and design, including Product Features & Bundles, Product & Pricing Rules, and Quote Templates. - Must hold the Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification. - Experience in at least 23 Salesforce CPQ implementations with 6+ months duration each. - Strong background in Business Analysis & Documentation, including Requirement Gathering, BRD, SRS, Gap Analysis, and Use Cases. - Proficient in Solution Design and Technical Design Document preparation. - Skilled in client interaction with US/UK-based customers, conducting Design Workshops, and Whiteboarding sessions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting and discussing prototypes with stakeholders. - Experience in team coordination within multi-vendor/multi-company environments, including Onsite-Offshore coordination during development and deployment phases. - Availability for early morning/late evening calls. **Qualifications Required:** - Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification. - Experience in Salesforce Configuration and Apex/Visualforce for POCs. - Ability to build and demonstrate prototypes during the design phase. In addition, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, leadership qualities for proactive stakeholder management, and adaptability in a fast-paced, global delivery environment. This job will give you the opportunity to utilize your skills in Salesforce CPQ, Business Analysis, Sales Cloud, and App Builder to drive successful implementations and contribute to the growth of our company.,
