Associate III - Product Support- SharePoint & Tidal Support

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a SharePoint & Tidal Support role at the company, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing both the SharePoint platform and the Tidal workload automation environment. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring operational continuity, monitoring scheduled jobs, managing platform health, and supporting user queries across both systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint. - Perform regular maintenance tasks and resolve platform-related issues. - Assist in documentation and reporting relevant to SharePoint usage and performance. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Tidal job failures and automation issues. - Manage Tidal components including jobs, events, actions, calendars, variables, and connections. - Perform system health checks on Tidal client and master servers. - Support DR (Disaster Recovery) activities annually. - Respond to user queries regarding job functionalities. - Document processes and maintain operational reporting for the Tidal environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in SharePoint support and Tidal Automation or Control-M. **About UST:** UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that has been working with the world's best companies for over 20 years.
