Associate III - Product Support- SharePoint & Tidal Support

The role of SharePoint & Tidal Support involves maintaining and managing the SharePoint platform and the Tidal workload automation environment. As a detail-oriented analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, monitoring scheduled jobs, managing platform health, and supporting user queries across both systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint, performing regular maintenance tasks, and resolving platform-related issues. - Assist in documentation and reporting relevant to SharePoint usage and performance. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Tidal job failures and automation issues. - Manage Tidal components such as jobs, events, actions, calendars, variables, and connections. - Perform system health checks on Tidal client and master servers. - Support DR (Disaster Recovery) activities annually and respond to user queries regarding job functionalities. - Document processes and maintain operational reporting for the Tidal environment.
