Job Description

As a Fund Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end production of reports and templates in a global asset management environment. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund reports, maintaining documentation, supporting team KPIs and metrics, and contributing to system/process enhancements. You must have a strong process mindset, work independently on Business-as-Usual (BAU) tasks, and collaborate effectively across business, technology, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end production of allocated reports and templates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery - Implement and monitor production controls; escalate any exceptions in line with procedures - Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes and procedures - Support reporting-related projects and enhancements to systems or processes - Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external data vendors - Assist with technical queries and help train and support junior team members - Contribute to team Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on tasks and issues - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate them to the Team Leader Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in fund reporting, fund operations, or a related function - Strong understanding of fund structures, asset management products, and reporting requirements - Excellent attention to detail and strong process orientation - Ability to work independently on BAU tasks with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively - Collaborative team player who can work across departments Additional Company Details: You will thrive in this role if you are highly organized, analytical, and structured in your approach.
