Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Development & Deployment (50%) Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements in Aprimos platform. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Collaboration & Mentoring (30%) Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Optimization & Innovation (20%) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance the development process. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications. Strong proficiency in technologies related to Aprimo. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns. Deep understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools (e.g., Git), and automated testing tools. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, agile environment. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Aprimo products (e.g., Marketing Operations, Digital Asset Management).
