Job Description

Role Overview: As a Fund Mandates Analyst working in the US Shift, your main responsibility will be to provide operational support and contribute to a team overseeing third-party administrators while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators. You will be expected to deliver accurate and timely work within specified timelines, review accounting packages and client statements provided by third-party administrators, and have knowledge of annual fund audits and financial statements under U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards. Valuation and pricing responsibilities for a designated group of funds will also be under your purview. Additionally, you will participate in the Local Pricing Unit for the Americas Pricing Committee, review fund expenses and budget accruals, and perform various other tasks related to fund performance, capital calls, and investor allocations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide operational support and contribute to a team overseeing third-party administrators - Deliver accurate and timely work within specified timelines - Review accounting packages and client statements - Have knowledge of annual fund audits and financial statements under U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards - Handle valuation and pricing responsibilities for a designated group of funds - Participate in the Local Pricing Unit for the Americas Pricing Committee - Review fund expenses, budget accruals, fund performance, and calculation of performance fees - Review capital call notices and investor allocations for private funds - Update and perform periodic review of procedures - Prepare pro-forma analysis and participate in product development of new funds - Handle tax reporting and review of fund distributions - Work closely with legal, auditors, risk, and compliance teams - Facilitate and/or manage related components of broader projects Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum 2-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the fund industry - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requests successfully - Strong team player attitude - Excellent PC skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office application suite Additional Details: The preferred qualifications for this role include being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or holding a similar designation, as well as having knowledge and experience in private credit, private equity, or hedge funds. Skills required for this position include Data Management, Communication, and OTC Derivatives.,
