Your role as a CIAM Admin will require strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various teams and customers effectively. You will need analytical abilities to grasp the bigger picture of customer issues and adhere to defined SLAs by following SOP documents and escalating as necessary. In this position, you will be expected to have knowledge in networking, server management, storage & backup solutions, database management, and end-user computing. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting desktop/laptop connectivity issues, performing OS installation tasks, managing storage and backups, creating or modifying queries for business requirements, and ensuring efficient end-user support.
