Job Description

Role Overview: As a Voice Associate, you will be expected to effectively and efficiently handle customer support calls following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues or escalate them to a more knowledgeable person while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer support calls and respond to queries following the SOP guidelines - Analyze information, enter and verify data accurately according to the SOPs - Keep updated on any client processor or product updates and ensure 100% compliance - Assist in training new team members to ensure quick readiness and handle higher complexity tasks - Analyze processes and suggest ideas for automation to enhance operational efficiency Qualification Required: - Customer Focus: Ability to provide prompt and efficient service to customers and meet individual customer needs - Attention to Detail: Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain accuracy in tasks - Team Work: Respect others and collaborate effectively within the team - Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with appropriate style and language - Analytical Ability: Ability to understand customer issues and make rule-based decisions - Willingness to Learn: Openness to learn new skills and domain knowledge - Typing Speed: Minimum 15WPM with 80% accuracy Additional Details: The company is looking for a candidate to produce client and fund reports. The role involves managing the day-to-day production of accurate reports, collaborating with various business areas, and resolving exceptions and discrepancies. Stakeholder management experience, knowledge of financial services, and proficiency in Microsoft applications are required for this position. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, time management, communication skills, and a focus on continuous improvement of processes.,
