Job Description

Role Overview: As a Reconciliations Analyst in the APAC time zone, your main responsibility is to maintain the integrity of custody and cash position data within the internal systems through daily reconciliation processes. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting tight deadlines, requiring a strong interest in learning and utilizing technology effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Be accountable for allocated portfolios, proactively investigating and following up on queries from various stakeholders - Perform custody transaction and position reconciliation, maintaining ownership of daily cash and stock breaks, and ensuring timely resolution - Conduct OTC bilateral collateral and position reconciliation, fixed deposit positions reconciliation, and monitor breaks resolution promptly - Validate and update internal records with relevant transactions, prioritize workload according to risk or deadlines, and provide specialist product knowledge - Contribute to department and company initiatives and projects Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in reconciliations or investment accounting - Strong investigation skills and familiarity with equities, fixed income, and derivative products - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic software - Understanding of asset management and operational risks - Prior experience with Aladdin and Tri-Optima is advantageous Additional Company Details: You will be expected to perform all responsibilities with integrity, quality, and transparency, considering the interests of key stakeholders and establishing appropriate oversight and control structures for all areas under your control.
