Job Description

As the Associate, HR Shared Service, working under close supervision, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of resolutions to HR issues. This includes addressing employee inquiries, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee data management with diligence and consistency in a timely manner. Your role will involve supporting the administration of company policies and procedures related to HR operational day-to-day tasks such as managing HR data, specifically pertaining to employee data, assignment changes, Oracle records, and staffing compliance. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and confidential records and data related to HR matters. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage incoming calls and service request tickets and respond to employee or people leader inquiries. - Prepare administrative documents for resolving HR issues, including employee inquiries, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee data management. - Provide hiring and staffing support, including handling job posting requests, compensation approval requests, offer letter preparation, and organization announcements. - Monitor HR Shared Service KPIs such as first contact resolution rate, employee satisfaction score, accuracy of employee data, etc. - Assist in ensuring proper preparation of materials to process HR subfunctions across the lifecycle, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, interview scheduling, and resolving employee inquiries. - Manage rigorous data management practices specifically related to employee data/assignment changes, Oracle records, and staffing compliance. - Solve routine problems and continuously improve customer experience, ensuring a positive and efficient interaction with HR services. - Assist with internal communications, including email communications and internal web postings to disseminate essential HR-related information. - Support the maintenance of a compliance library for the HR Shared Service team. - Develop awareness of various internal and external learning resources to stay up to date with HR best practices and industry trends. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience. - 2-3 years of experience in Power Tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automation, and Data tools like Qliksense and Alteryx. - Experience in extracting raw data from various HR Systems, transforming it into usable formats, using Power tools to simplify and automate processes, implementing data quality checks, and validation rules to ensure data accuracy. - Knowledge of Pega would be an added advantage. - Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and SHRM Certified Professional certifications are preferred.
