Job Description

1.Identify and document new cancer cases from various sources such as pathology reports, radiology reports, and patient records.2.Extract and abstract clinical data from patient records, including history, diagnosis, staging, and treatment information.3.Ensure data accuracy and completeness in accordance with established guidelines (eg, SEER, NAACCR, CoC).4.Maintain and update cancer registry databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.1.Identify and document new cancer cases from various sources such as pathology reports, radiology reports, and patient records.
