Associate Head QA

Role Overview: As an Associate Head Quality Assurance at RMCL-FAC, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products consistently meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in managing quality systems, leading root cause investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supporting continuous improvement efforts to drive overall product and process excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished goods meet quality standards. - Handle PPAP activities for new parts, design changes, and improvement projects. - Lead investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA. - Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance and drive improvements. - Analyze quality trends and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Ensure all quality activities follow the company's Integrated Management System (IMS). - Knowledge of fabrication processes and powder coating will be an added advantage. Qualification Required: - Qualification: BE Mechanical - Experience: 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry - Soft skills: Knowledge in SAP QM Module, MS Office, and Quality tools.
