Job Description

As an experienced HC Operations & Workday Associate at Apollo, your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day administration of Workday. This includes overseeing current functionality, supporting case management and end user queries, and identifying opportunities for system enhancement. You will collaborate closely with the Human Capital team to address specific needs, serving as a global partner for Human Capital Business Partners and COE teams. Your tasks will involve: - Partnering with stakeholders across HC and the broader firm to ensure seamless HC operations. - Leading or participating in Workday-related projects to accelerate HC transformation efforts. - Developing and maintaining Workday, managing issue handling, and tracking the Workday roadmap. - Implementing change requests and new functionalities in Workday. - Creating and delivering training and documentation on best practices for implementing new initiatives. - Supporting case management, collaborating with HC users to ensure smooth operations, and managing tickets in Service Now. - Collaborating closely with HC team members and HC Technology team. - Creating and maintaining SOPs, job aides, and other training materials as needed. - Identifying opportunities for process and data enhancements. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience with Workday in international, multi-cultural organizations. - Strong collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and extract value from HC information. - Business understanding of HC processes from end to end. - Experience with change management processes. - Service-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. - Experience working in complex (matrix) organizations. - Innovative and problem-solving approach to tasks. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. - Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic working style with a clear focus on achievable goals and value creation. - Proficient communication and language skills, with fluency in English (written and oral) required. - Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.,
