Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling assets across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with a strong command of core design principlesbalance, contrast, hierarchy, alignment, and whitespace - to produce designs that are both visually engaging and user-focused.

The role will involve:

• Design and deliver creative assets including social media creatives, banners, presentations, print materials, and other marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Apply design principles to achieve visual harmony, enhance readability, and effectively communicate brand messages.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, business, and content teams to create visuals that support campaigns and projects.
• Uphold brand consistency while exploring innovative design solutions that elevate creative output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Build and maintain design libraries, templates, and brand guidelines for efficiency and consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve creative impact.
• Be a supportive team player, handle admin tasks such as tracking design requests, managing assets (downloading, sorting, and categorizing), keeping project documents up to date, reporting, and sharing regular updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must; experience with other design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and responsive design. Ability to adapt designs for diverse formats and audiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, polished work. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Candidates will be required to present a portfolio during the interview that highlights their design style and includes examples of recent commercial work across digital and print media.
