As an individual involved in Asset Management at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team dedicated to providing clients worldwide with investment and advisory services. With a primary focus on long-term performance, our team manages over $2 trillion in assets under supervision for leading pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with borrowers and guarantors to ensure compliance with reporting requirements. You will analyze property level financials to monitor portfolio performance and report to senior team members. It will be your duty to accurately report loan and collateral level data in internal and third-party systems, manage regulatory reporting, and handle reporting to LPs/investors in the RECP fund series. To excel in this position, a strong academic background is essential, with an MBA, CFA, or CA being preferred. Effective communication skills are key, along with the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally. You should be a team player with strong project and time management skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and ideally have experience with real estate modeling tools.
