Associate Financial Planning & Analysis

As an Analyst/Associate Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Netradyne, you will play a crucial role in the core FP&A activities to support the business performance tracking, reporting processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards. - Performing variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key drivers. - Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating inputs and preparing templates. - Maintaining and updating financial models and trackers. - Preparing management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. - Assisting in cost tracking and spend analysis across departments. - Supporting reconciliations and audit-related documentation. - Building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Driving continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives. - Helping identify opportunities for process improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Technical & Analytical: - CA/MBA with 0-2 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or business analysis. - Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts. - Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint. - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or ERP systems is a plus. - Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting is a plus. Soft Skills & Business Acumen: - Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Experience: - Internship or work experience in FP&A, audit, or financial reporting. - Exposure to SaaS or technology companies is a plus. - Experience working with large datasets or automation tools is a plus.
