Job Description

Role & responsibilities a) Responsible for handle out all operational actives of boiler. b) Competent in DCS operation of Boiler. c) Competent to handle at least 70 TPD boiler. d) Day to day checks of boiler and its axillaries. e) To maintain the log of the boiler parameters. f) To carry out the activities like hydrotest, alkali bailout, refractory dry out, steam blowing as per SOP`S g) To ensure safe and quality work during boiler shutdown. h) Emergency handling of Boiler and its auxiliaries. i) Shutdown maintenance of Boiler and its auxiliaries. j) To ensure healthiness of the cooling water system. k) To maintain the optimum auxiliary power consumption. l) To ensure scheduled rotation of the stand-by equipment. Preferred candidate profile a) Should have worked in the power plant as Boiler DCS Engineer for operation of Boiler and its auxiliaries of moderate capacity (Below 50 MW Thermal power plant) b) Prefer candidates having experience of waste to energy Boilers. c) Prefer immediate joiners
