Associate Engineer - Backend Development

As a Back-End Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust back-end applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Collaborating with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Participating in the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. - Debugging and resolving technical issues reported in the production environment. - Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. - Optimizing applications for performance, security, and scalability. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 3-5 years of proven experience in back-end software development. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. - Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby, or C#. - Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and writing efficient queries. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Familiarity with API development (RESTful services). - Strong debugging and analytical skills. - Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience in the cybersecurity or security product domain is a plus. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
