Associate Document Specialist

As an Associate Document Specialist at EY within the Discipline Design for Technology, specifically in the role of Visual Design, you will be part of the EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE is an in-house agency dedicated to delivering high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions that contribute to building a better working world at EY. Your role will involve ideating and delivering best-in-class creatives that align with EY's brand and business objectives. You will collaborate with workflow coordinators and the art director to translate creative concepts into effective collaterals using MS-based applications. Your understanding of design principles and refined sense of aesthetics will allow you to push boundaries and deliver compelling solutions while adhering to brand specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce a variety of collaterals including placemats, infographics, presentations, proposals, newsletters, posters, banners, and other marketing materials using MS-based applications - Effectively communicate with customers to understand design briefs and share innovative ideas - Provide unique and effective design concepts while meeting and exceeding expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency - Adhere to EY brand standards and guidelines while staying updated on the latest design trends and sharing insights with peers - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and guidance **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - User-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with exceptional attention to detail - Ability to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree/College diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline - 1-4 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop - Ideally, intermediate/basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat (Interactive PDF) At EY, you will find a dynamic and truly global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities and the chance to work with well-known brands from across the globe.
