Description
As an Associate Document Specialist at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), your role is to ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives aligned with EY brand and business objectives. You will collaborate with workflow coordinators and the art director to transform creative concepts into effective collaterals using MS-based applications, demonstrating a keen understanding of design principles and aesthetics. Your responsibilities include: - Producing various collaterals such as placemats, infographics, presentations, proposals, newsletters, posters, banners, and other marketing materials using MS-based applications - Effectively communicating with customers, understanding design briefs, and sharing innovative design ideas - Providing unique and effective solutions/design concepts to customers - Meeting and exceeding expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency - Adhering to EY brand standards and staying updated with the latest design trends - Managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Skills and attributes for success in this role include: - A user-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach - Excellent communication skills (comprehension, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree/College diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline) - 1-4 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop Additionally, intermediate/basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat (Interactive PDF) is desirable. Familiarity with technologies and tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is required.
