Associate Director- Working Capital Management

As a professional in the role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize cash conversion cycle and liquidity management. Your key responsibilities will also include analyzing financial and operational data to identify opportunities for working capital improvement. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and customize solutions to align with their specific requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to support and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful implementation. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to achieve high satisfaction and retain their business will be essential. Furthermore, contributing to business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal creation will be part of your role. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in Power B and Alteryx is a must. It would be advantageous to have familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Power Automate, and either Python or R. Your expertise in working capital management will involve improving invoicing and collections processes, enhancing inventory management, analyzing and optimizing cash conversion cycles, implementing cash flow management strategies, and ensuring liquidity management for short-term obligations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA would be a plus. With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance transformation or working capital optimization roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, you should demonstrate industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail, or services industries. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools are also required for this role.,
