Job Description

Associate Director UX Design

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery to delivery
Define UX strategy, experience frameworks, and design systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science
Conduct and facilitate ideation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
Advocate user-centric, data-driven design decisions
Hire, mentor, and manage a team of UX designers
Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interaction models
Review and improve UX through heuristics and usability best practices
Present design solutions to senior leadership and clients
Promote UX standards, processes, and methodologies

Desired Candidate Profile

1215 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, and Research
5+ years managing or mentoring UX teams (6+ members)
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Expertise in tools such as
Figma, Sketch
, and
AI-based design tools
Experience with
B2B / B2C / B2B2C / eCommerce / Data Visualization
products
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
Portfolio link mandatory
