As a Tech & AI Lead Associate Director at EY, you will have the opportunity to work in a small, agile analytics team within Global Finance, serving teams across EY. Your main responsibility will be to identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI to provide actionable insights across the firm. You will lead projects that offer innovative, data-driven perspectives on key business questions, ultimately guiding how investments are made across the business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that the analytics team makes optimal use of the latest GenAI models and technologies - Reviewing the tech stack, architecture, and models to propose alternatives for better effectiveness - Leading projects such as the GenAI Insight Portal, integration of GenAI functionality in existing products, designing communication systems, and automating processes and analysis - Gathering requirements from key stakeholders, developing innovative solutions, leading global project teams, and providing technical direction to ensure high-quality outputs To qualify for this role, you must have: - A strong academic record with a PhD or Masters degree in Machine Learning & AI - Leading knowledge and experience in applying emerging GenAI models & tech - Demonstrable experience in relevant technical roles, including data insight/analytics roles - Extensive experience across the software development life cycle, using Python and SQL for data manipulation, and good understanding of database design - Experience in decision-making models, data storytelling, and working directly with stakeholders - Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and experience leading projects efficiently Ideally, you will also have: - Experience in automation, data visualization applications, statistical modeling, and agile environments - Knowledge of statistical and analytical methods, handling missing data, building interactive dashboards, and working with strategy functions Working at EY offers a competitive remuneration package, flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, coaching and feedback, and the freedom to handle your role in a way that suits you.
