Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and managing our visual brand to ensure consistency in imagery, spacing, and color palette usage. Your main focus will be on delivering marketing-approved conference materials, advertisements, PowerPoint slides, infographics, web pages, and other assets. You will oversee a team of 5 graphic resources, ensuring deadline-driven PowerPoint production and RFX graphics support. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in graphics leadership, extreme attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include defining visual brand elements, tone, and sensibility to enhance brand awareness. You will lead a team in producing content that aligns with our evolving visual brand standards across various platforms such as collateral, web content, sales presentations, infographics, webinars, email and content marketing campaigns, and social media. Collaboration with the Epiq Corporate Marketing team and external suppliers will be essential to maintain consistent execution of visual brand elements. You will establish and enforce standards for file storage, visual materials reviews, client SLAs, peer review practices, and overall visual brand consistency. Additionally, setting KPIs, monitoring and evaluating results, and reporting on ROI metrics will be part of your role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with over 10 years of B2B marketing experience demonstrating a strong track record. Experience in marketing within the legal industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required to effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences through various channels. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business, influence decision-making, and drive positive outcomes are essential. A results-oriented focus is necessary, with the ability to adapt plans to meet and align with goals. You should be self-motivated with exceptional multitasking capabilities, proficient in project management, decision-making, and prioritization. Creativity, innovation, sharing of ideas and best practices, and continuous improvement in marketing efforts are highly encouraged. Comfort working in a remote environment with a dispersed team is crucial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign.
