We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT&aposs and IIM&aposs, and have several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, and Microsoft - among others. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and a slew of angel investors including CRED&aposs Kunal Shah, Flipkart&aposs Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan&aposs Sujeet Kumar among others.

We are looking for Marketing Leaders who can build a powerful brand, drive organic content-led growth, and lead a high-performing team.

What youll do:

1. Define and strengthen our brand identity across all channels.

2. Drive organic growth through content, community, and storytelling.

3. Lead go-to-market and lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain customers.

4. Mentor and manage a creative, high-energy marketing team.

5. Use data and consumer insights to optimize brand campaigns and growth levers.

What were looking for:

810+ years in marketing leadership with strong brand and content experience.

Proven track record in scaling engagement through organic strategies.

Strong people manager who can inspire and lead teams.

Structured, data-driven, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
