Summary
- Act as an advisor providing guidance to challenge and improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. -Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate DDIT teams and Functions to determine requirements and deliver data driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process deep dives.
- Translate needs into user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate vendor proposals for alignment, feasibility, and compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors on design, refinement, and sprints.
- Support backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
- Identify improvement opportunities and process harmonization.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and documentation standards.
Key Skills & Experience
- 710+ years of Business Analysis in Pharma/Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Ops, CTMS, eTMF, SSU, Site Connect.
- Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Suite preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiar with Agile, DevOps, integration patterns, and PLM.
- Understanding of validation, GxP, and audit requirements.
