Associate Dev-Ops

We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dev Ops Engineer to support in the management and optimization of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in domain controller management, AWS cloud services, server setup and maintenance, as well as proficiency in version control systems such as Bitbucket and continuous integration tools like Jenkins. Responsibilities - Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security. - Manage and administer domain controllers and directory services to ensure seamless user authentication and access control. - Deploy and manage virtualized servers and cloud-based services on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization. - Collaborate with software development teams to streamline build and deployment processes using tools such as Bitbucket and Jenkins. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service delivery. - Implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and automated testing to improve software quality and reliability. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience working with domain controllers and directory services in a Windows environment. - Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC. - Experience setting up and managing servers in a virtualized or cloud environment. - Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and collaborative development platforms like Bitbucket. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins. - Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have - AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer). - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. - Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet. - Experience working in an Agile development environment.
